Product Overview

GZZ Series Shipyard Dehumidifier is a mobile integrated dehumidification system specially developed by Gaozhen for shipbuilding, steel structure and heavy-duty painting applications.

The system combines refrigeration dehumidification technology and rotary desiccant dehumidification technology to provide complete humidity control, cooling, heating and ventilation functions in one compact unit.

With a robust structure, flexible connection design and easy lifting and transportation, the unit is designed for outdoor all-weather operation under harsh industrial environments.

During shipyard sandblasting and painting processes, excessive humidity can cause rapid flash rust on steel surfaces, affecting coating adhesion and corrosion protection performance.

The GZZ Series maintains stable outlet air conditions under challenging inlet conditions from -5°C to 40°C and 50%RH to 95%RH, achieving outlet air temperature of 20°C~28°C and relative humidity ≤45%.

With airflow capacity ranging from 6,000 to 35,000 m³/h, it is an ideal solution for continuous fresh air supply, mobile operation and plug-and-play humidity control in painting applications.
