Marine Painting Dehumidification System

The GZF Series is a combined split-type dehumidification system developed by Gaozhen for industrial humidity control applications.

The system integrates refrigeration dehumidification and honeycomb desiccant rotor technology, providing independent functions of dehumidification, cooling, heating and ventilation.

With a compact and robust structure, easy duct connection, high airflow capacity and all-weather operation capability, the unit is designed for demanding industrial environments.

Under inlet air conditions of -5°C to 40°C with relative humidity from 50% to 99%, the system can continuously deliver stable outlet air conditions of 20°C to 28°C with relative humidity ≤45%.

GZF Series Split-Type Painting Dehumidifier

The GZF Series Split-Type Desiccant Painting Dehumidifier is specially designed by GOZ for shipbuilding, steel structure, sandblasting and painting applications.
Combining refrigeration dehumidification and desiccant rotor technology, the system provides efficient humidity control, cooling, heating and ventilation functions for demanding industrial environments.

With separate indoor and outdoor units, the system offers flexible installation and reliable operation under harsh conditions.
It is capable of operating continuously throughout the year, effectively controlling humidity, preventing steel surface flash rust and improving coating quality and construction efficiency.
